Kaushik, is also a Resource Person to Fiscal Policy Institute, National Dairy Development Board and Higher Education Academy.

He has been awarded with "Saadhak", Life Time Achievement Award for 2018-19 from TMT.

Launching of Iniatives

Taking over as Academic Coordinator - Commerce and Management Department of Sri Aurobindo College, a team was constituted consisting of faculty and students to implement various management relating initiatives. Initiative was termed as "MACAURO", and the inauguration of it was held on 28th September 2013 (Wednesday) at college auditorium.
