Kaushik, is also a Resource Person to Fiscal Policy Institute, National Dairy Development Board and Higher Education Academy.

He has been awarded with "Saadhak", Life Time Achievement Award for 2018-19 from TMT.

Interaction

As part of giving practical exposure to post graduate students on Costing application in industry, I arranged for industrial visit to KSDL (Karnataka Government Undertaking) , Bengaluru on 7th June 2013  in which MFA (Master in Finance Accounts) students of JJ college of Business Research participated. The purpose of visit was to show students practically the system of costing and pricing followed in the industry. Student's got exposure to know and understand the plant layout set up, traditional costing system and cost plus pricing followed in the industry.
