A Cost and Management Accountant by profession and also holds PG degrees in Economics,Finance and Tax Laws and MPhil degree in Economics. Kaushik, is Certified by Institute of International Trade (IIT) - Centre for WTO studies in International Taxation.
Kaushik, is also a Resource Person to Fiscal Policy Institute, National Dairy Development Board and Higher Education Academy.
He has been awarded with "Saadhak", Life Time Achievement Award for 2018-19 from TMT.
Past Chairman of Bengaluru Chapter of Cost Accountants (2018-19)
Delivered a Lecture at JJ College of Business Reserach on 17th December 2012 on topics of Accounting Standard and Schedule VI and Understanding IFRS to Post Graduate students. The idea was to teach students the relevance of standards in preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account as per Schedule VI and to give awareness about IFRS and its importance in Indian Context.
