Kaushik, is also a Resource Person to Fiscal Policy Institute, National Dairy Development Board and Higher Education Academy.

He has been awarded with "Saadhak", Life Time Achievement Award for 2018-19 from TMT.

Elected to Management Committee of ICAI(CMA) - Bengaluru Chapter

I am happy to share with you that I have been elected for Management Committee of Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Bengaluru Chapter as Chairman - Professional Development for the period 2015-17.

In my new role I will be working towards conducting various value addition programs for development of professions and getting them equipped with required skills to face Professional challenges.
