Kaushik, is also a Resource Person to Fiscal Policy Institute, National Dairy Development Board and Higher Education Academy.

He has been awarded with "Saadhak", Life Time Achievement Award for 2018-19 from TMT.

Keynote Speaker - UGC Sponsored National Seminar

St. Michael's College, Cherthala,  Kerala organised 2 days UGC sponsored National Seminar on "Corporate Governance Regulations and Practices in India on 6th and 7th November 2014. I was invited to be one of the Keynote speaker in the seminar. I addressed the gathering on the topic titled -"India's Traditional Contribution to Goverance and Social Responsibility"
