Kaushik, is also a Resource Person to Fiscal Policy Institute, National Dairy Development Board and Higher Education Academy.

He has been awarded with "Saadhak", Life Time Achievement Award for 2018-19 from TMT.

Workshop for KPCL Employees

24-01-2014 and 25-01-2014 - ICAI institute invited me to address Karnataka Power Corporation Limited, Govt. of Karnataka employees on Costing. I conducted two sessions on topics covering Activity Based Costing and Cost Control and Cost Reduction techniques. It was more of an interactive session with senior people of KPCL and lot of ideas generated as to how KPCL can use ABC in Cost Reduction.
